Platform adds the AWS Savings Command, the Splunk Exit Command, the Log and License Command, the Alert Tuning Command, the Vendor Estate Command, and the SPL Search Auditor. A Platform audit does not spend the translation allowance. The migration analyzer and the AWS cost review stay separate purchases. Tax is not collected.

The allowance resets each paid period and does not roll over. The $10 translation plan stays on sale. A one-time purchase stays open. The migration analyzer stays $299 a report. The AWS cost review stays $500 a report. Switching plans waits until the period already paid ends.
